Caught or not, still an absolute legend and an inspiration for anyone to get into gymnastics! 💪🏻 You've been such an inspiration to me! I'll hopefully start gymnastics properly at uni, but I'm currently just focusing my training more towards upper body + core in the gym and doing flexibility exercises at home until I can get in a proper gymnastics club next year. Keep it up! Following you all the way to the next WC and Olympics!

im 4 months late but just started following you amazing guys and i have some words to encourage your coach of 51 years as i am 3 years older , Never give up age is a number and none of my friends could even hang upside down on a bar let alone attempt what he has tried he has not failed and i hope he will go on and try this till he gets it Yeah it hurts I dive on a senior dive team age 55 . and still can flip back flip do almost everything except for a few things I could master when i was younger Im not giving up never give up i do not care what age you are at your a legend just being up there trying and you sure can still do gymnastics . Nile make sure he does not give up age is a number . My heart goes out to him because when we males reach this age many have given up I was one of the ones out of my age group that refuse to give up . I still run cross country swim relays mountain bike and dive . You keep going good sir and you may be older but i bet you the athletes that are with you at the gym respect you deeply . I know i do and I live across the pond keep going .

I have nothing to do qith your sport but you are very inspirating. I like the way you life your sport. The way you motivat yoursafe. I another video you said:"you can achiv(dont know how to spell it) everythink you want" and you are rigth. I'm in a little motivation hole at my sport, latein formation dancing, cause i changed the team and now i dance in a higher class and it very hard.
