Good interview. I like the line, "kind of like throwing spaghetti against the wall to see what sticks." The CFOs at these companies might respond, "damn! that's expensive spaghetti you're throwing against that wall! And I may not be so comfortable with the mess you're making!"

It still amazes us that there isn't more pushback on ROI on these projects - it feels like the hype machine worked overtime convincing people about the 'disruption' that was going to happen, and everyone jumping on the bandwagon.

@@IDGTECHtalk I sent you an email separately on this issue (to Keith). but saw item today where Google/Alphabet CEO said "it's better to overinvest in AI then to underinvest."
