Painting in the streets is much more than a matter of talent, lettering or colours.
What makes you love the streets, what allows you to get to know your environment better than anyone else, to learn how to enjoy the texture of a wall, what constantly offers to fuel your next adventure: this is what painting in the streets teaches you.
To DOES, extracting fractions from his painted walls is the perfect way to tell a story that is much more than what people can imagine.
BRIQUE is an artefact made of pieces of walls, mixed with plaster and colours. It is an archeology of the present time that recalls the story of graffiti culture. It is an object that carries on it the coordinates of a specific site and that establishes the link with the streets.
It is a time capsule that wants to open up your mind as art always does.
