I follow some other YT people with similar animals / reptiles but Kenan and Uncle Ben (urban rescue ranch) really show the difference between just collecting animals, and actually caring / providing for them properly. I won’t name anyone, but you can see who does it for money and who does it out of passion

Croc monitors and AWMs dont quite overlap but im sure the similar species in the area trigger some deep genetic response - similar to Frilled Lizards and some snakes seeing monitors and flashing threat displays. Visual barrier may be good since they can definitely smell each other no matter what. (Plus there's 5+ different species of Varanus in Croc Monitor locale)

Having Bill see Slinky etc Probably causes natural hormones to rise etc, him do certain activities & posture a certain way, resource guarding / territory guarding etc. It's honestly probably healthy for him and for Slinky (keeping them separated of course still) like in the wild how seeing other males, females etc & their bodies cycling through higher hormone levels at times, certain hormones at times that don't raise year round or factor into their decision making, appetite, type/level of activities and so on. Setting up and doing things in their life and enclosures that mimics what and how they'd be living throughout the year in the wild is awesome and really good for them and other animals/reptiles! It's also really cool, interesting and educational to see how they act and react to different things like they would in the wild! Bill is a cool fella with a great personality! Keep up the great work and providing these animals the closest and safest thing to their natural way of life!

Given how Bill destroyed that heavy duty tub he arrived it I wouldn't trust zip ties, no matter what they're reinforced with, to hold the Suncatcher together. Maybe get some advice from Jerry on how to better secure the panels? A visual barrier is probably a good idea to help prevent stress too. Lulu seemed ok with Slinky but would also probably feel more safe if she couldn't see him. Maybe a wall of vegetation, like Pothos or Ornamental Sweet Potato Vine trained to climb that wall after you get it better secured?

Well Kenan, I am of the opinion that Bill's presence at the Kamp; while clearly helping Tom out, is also meant to boost your confidence with croc monitors so you can get Chase to a similar level of trust as Bill. And may I suggest perhaps tie wrapping some palm fronds to the outside of Slinky's enclosure as a visual barrier before Bill manages to harm himself. Slinky is the undisputed KING of the Kamp. But I do believe Bill could give him a run for his money.
