the only one that say BP is mediocre, with solid proof and also t4 status as comparison hands down Commander is one of the best, or not the best reviwer out there for MFF updates. and per usual, thanks Commander for the videos, the best source to answer question is this character worth or not to build.

It's baffling because MK doesn't even have accumulation and it's better than BP who has an accumulation skill in in base kit, not on t3.

He needs to be truly meta because Moon Knight still not die yet. He will be appear more on future MCU project, meaning more uniform for Moon Knight. I don't think BP would get much chance, so this should be his time if not later.

I took Black Panther to T4 and am a bit disappointed. I didn't have any combat/human/hero and was debating between him, Moon Knight and Venom. While he is decent, I was struggling with Mighty Destruction. He is medium proc friendly and I miss proc about a third of the time. My Odin at lvl 80 was able to do the 150 second challenge on Mephisto 89, My T4 Black Panther doesn't get there. I would have expected my T4 Black Panther to be better than lvl 80 Odin.

Buff him slightly so he is meta. As like you Said the meta changes every few months anyway there is no harm making black panther meta for the first time for a while.

got him t4 day 1 and ngl i have not been using him that much... maybe when the ctp unequip comes around and i move him to a rage?.. idk, at least he's decent i guess. (hate the one time hp recovery tho... i wish it gave him a consistent heal, especially coz they keep giving bosses constant purple attacks)

Definitely disappointed although it seems like most of the uniforms they have been releasing are no better than some uni's from a year or even 2 years ago. I was going to T4 BP but nah his play style and the fact thatDoc OC ,Namor, or MK perform better IMO.
