Best builds I found for her so far: Runes: Conqueror, Overheal (broken on her), Legend:Bloodlines (Broken), Coup de Grace (Synergy with her W recast) Revitalize (Broken), Second Wind +10% AS, +9Force, +Health Build 1: 1st- Mythic = Goredrinker (Really broken on her and can be used during Frenzy) 2nd- After Gore, BorK (Synergizes with her kit, runes and the previous items. Absolutely core). Definitely the highest damaging item on her. 3rd- Swiftness Boots (No disengaging while you are frenzied. Can be sold for a Dead Man's Plate later, since it also brings you to about 400 MS when charged) 4th- Serylda's Grudge (Ridiculous on her because just doesn't allow people to disengage from you). If enemies already can't get away from you and you don't need the penetration, you'll either build Collector or Axiom Arc. 5th- Either Death's Dance if you are needing to survive a bit longer in fights to heal yourself due to enemy CC or Axiom Arc if enemies can't stop you. You can also build Cleaver here if the enemy team has a LOT of armor tanks and you need even more penetration than Serylda's. 6th- Immortal Shieldbow, if you are still dying or needs that extra safety, Spirit Visage if the enemies have a lot of magic damage and anti-heal, Axiom Arc if you haven't built it yet and doesn't need the safety anymore or any of the two Hydras if you are usually fighting multiple enemies gathered together. Works on jungle with either blue or red smite and also works on top with Ghost. Hold your Q for a little while to use only after using your W and hold the second activation of W until it almost runs out of time and use your second W and Goredrinker together (Goredrinker first) to heal a huge chunk of health. Save your ult to re-engage if the enemy somehow manages to get away from you or to go towards another enemy as soon as you manage to kill one enemy. Try to fully charge your E when in danger to heal as much health as possible and buy time for your W and Goredrinker to come back. You can also use the second activation of W immediately before Q to make her bite instantly after the stun and then charge E during the stun if you don't intend to fully engage or have an angle to hit towards the wall. Serylda's feels stronger on her than Cleaver does. Both items can be considered as 30% penetration, but the 30% slow caused by Serylda's is a lot stronger than the move speed you get by cleaver. Even if Serylda's stats are very slightly lower than Cleaver, you get the 30% armor penetration since the first strike and not the sixth physical damage hit. Cleaver is very strong on her but the efficiency of Serylda's simply not allowing enemies to get away from your range and limiting how far they can lure you is crucial for her. It is more important for her that enemies don't get to safety than it is to reach the enemies, so the slow from Serylda's is more important that the move speed and health from Cleaver. Build 2: 1st- Immortal Shieldbow - It is crucial for her to have some extra life steal and safety and Shieldbow is a perfect starting item for a crit build on her. 2nd- Mythic: Navori Quickblades - It is extremely efficient for her since it makes your E available a lot more and gives a LOT more chase potential since it reduces your W cooldown so you can basically keep it permanently up and dash a lot. 3rd- Swiftness Boots (Can be sold for a Dead Man's Plate later, since it also brings you to about 400 MS when charged. Can also be swapped with a Bork if you build Phantom Dancer as well, since you'll get as much MS from Phantom Dancer and steal MS from your enemy with Bork, making them unable to run from you and giving you more than enough MS with your W buff) 4th- Phantom Dancer, Collector or Stormrazor, depending on if you need more chase, to finish enemies that escape by a little or if you need more burst damage 5th- Bloodthirster - Min-maxing life steal on her is one of the strongest strategies since even anti-heal becomes not enough to reduce your life-steal to a level it would be any threat, while the B.F.Sword explodes your damage to ridiculous levels. 6th- Situational item between Mortal Reminder, Lord Domnik's Regards or Phantom Dancer. If you need anti-heal yourself you'll do Mortal Reminder, if the enemies are very tanky, you can do Lord Domnik's and if you need more chase, you'll do a Phantom Dancer. You can easily delete tanks, squishy targets can die in less than 1 second and it is extremely hard to get away from you. The runes are definitely the most optimal I found, specially the mix of Overheal with Revitalize are the most absurdly strong runes on her, with Overheal easily being able to give more than 20k barrier in a match and Revitalize easily reaching more than 10k extra healing.

I'd think the 0 regen part of Briar would make it impossible to lane top and a free win for any ranged champ. Yeah this champ is not a top laner. You have no damage early game, drut had bork and was dealing peanut damage to Camille. Your only damage locks you out of actions. But you mega scale with items though, this is just yi but worse.

Can’t wait to never see it in my games. She’s so clearly overtuned. The wave clear at 4-5 is absolutely insane. She will be a better top laner than a jungler due to how easily she can shove and roam. Clearing a wave top in 3 seconds then ulting mid and hitting it will be absolutely bonkers. Pair her with a nocturne jungle or another high mobility ganker will be incredibly powerful
