Does carbon cleaners really affect mileage on your bike ?

No. It doesn't work with most of the engines. Oil additives are those which easily mix with engine oil. But Abro Oil Treatment doesn't mix with oil instead, it creates a separate layer than engine oil in the piston, which further reduces gap between piston and cylinder wall, which creates power loss also.

@@factsunknown2470 If your engine doesn't have any piston problem, then avoid using any "Oil Saver" / "Enine Treatment" type oil additive, as they from additional layer. They are generally very thick. Instead you can use 3M oil additive, it has good amount of detergents, dispersants, VI improver. It is not thick as the oil savers. Alternatively, if liquimoly has any oil additive then also can be used (but not the MoS2).
