Yes. Jesus was a Prophet. My bible dictionary defines "prophet" as "One who speaks for God and who communicates God's message." As you may know, Jesus was not only a Prophet, but so much more! He is God the Son. He is Messiah to the Jewish people. Matthew 24 is a foretellling (speaking of future events). He foregave sin, Only God can forgive sin. That is why the Jewish people stoned Him. They understood that He was claiming He is God. John 8:58 Jesus says "...before Abraham was born, "I Am." (Claiming to be the One who sent Moses to them in the Exodus (Ex. 3:14). Again, He was saying that He is God. And again, they attempted to stone Him for blaspheme. In John 5:26 He states that He has life in Himself. We have life given to us, but He is life. In John 5:39 He states, "You search the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; it is these that testify about Me;" Here Jesus is directed them into the Old Testament so they will know who He is. (Messiah) There are "two" Messianic visits. The prophecies of the second, of course, have not been fulfilled yet. But, the prophecies of the first have been. Here are some: Psalm 69:21; Psalm 78:2; Psalm 34:20; Isaiah 49:16. We know that God has a Son through the Old Testament: Psalm 2:12; Proverbs 30:4. We believe in a Triune God: Genesis 1:26-27 the interchanging of the pronouns "Us, Our and His". Also in Genesis 3:22 God refers to Himself as "Us". In Genesis 11:7 God refers to Himself as "Us". Isaiah 6:8 God refers to Himself as "Us". Isaiah 48:16 "... and now the Lord God has sent Me (Jesus) and His Spirit (the Holy Spirit). You may know these things, but I thought I would share.

The reason of why church buildings are losing people is because the pastors and preachers are not giving them the right Gospel for today, which is (1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV.) and the shed blood of Jesus Christ (Romans 3:25 KJV.) Instead, many Christians go to teachings online. If the church buildings want to survive, then they have to examine themselves and go back to the basics of what I've already mentioned. So what if they would be attacked by today's PC world, the whole point of being a true Christian is to suffer, just as Jesus had suffered on showing us the truth.

Hi guys. I've viewed this video to see the impact of Christianity to modern youngsters like myself. The video has shown that pastors & religious leaders has failed to reach out to the youths at there. There must be a change to seek out the youths & a supernatural movement in Europe for Christianity to grow. I believe God is still working as He is still working with me in my life. Just some quick information to the non-believers (if you are really objective and seek the Truth) and also to help firm up the faith of my fellow Christians: Christianity was founded (by Jews in the middle east and not Europeans) on the basis of the resurrection of Christ (1 Cor 15:14- And if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is useless and so is your faith). Christ is recorded by Historians as having existed. Non-Christian and non-Jewish historians alike (even by Muslims). E.g. Josephus (a Jew- and as a Jew, had he chosen to not be objective, would have not mentioned Him, so that future generations do not have proof of His existence). With this in mind, here are 5 reasons why His death and resurrection are factual: 1. The Crucifixion and death of Jesus was recorded as a historical event and all objective historians will tell you this is true. From records outside the Bible of course (since we cannot use it in this argument). Roman soldiers carried out the crucifixion and know and can verify when a body is dead. 2. The tomb in which He was placed was found empty by women (Matthew 28:1-7). Roman soldiers were put to the sword if they allowed what they were guarding to be stolen, yet they risked it and fled the tomb either way and said an angel had opened it (Matthew 28:11-15). Women were also not considered the most reliable sources during that time, thus if the story were made up, the Jewish founders in the 1st century, would have said wise/old men found an angel of the Lord and the empty tomb (or someone similar). 3. There were over 500 independent eye witnesses to a resurrected Christ. Including the disciples, James his brother, 500 people at the same time and the apostle Paul. He ate with the disciples after He was resurrected, meaning it was not a ghost. 4. The disciples are recorded in history (besides the Bible) by non-Christians and non-Jews, to have died horrible deaths because they would not deny Christ. The same disciples who ran away when Jesus was arrested (Peter later denied him that night, before dawn) and stayed hidden, became convicted and endured incredible persecution and death, in their ministry after His resurrection. Giving more strength to the event. Matthew- killed with a sword for preaching in Ethiopia Mark- died in Alexandria after being dragged through the city Luke- hung on an Olive tree in Greece James- beheaded in Jerusalem James (the less)- thrown from the temple wall then stoned to death Phillip- hung in Phrygia Bartholomew- skinned alive Andrew- bound to a cross & left to die of exposure Jude- shot with arrows Thomas- run through with a lance in East India Matthias- stoned and beheaded Barnabas- stoned Paul- beheaded in Rome Peter- crucified (upside down- on his request, for he did not feel worthy to die like Christ) Simply put, there is no rational basis to believe they were all lying and died for a lie. 5. Enemies/non-believers of Christ converted James and Jude, his own brothers did not believe Him to be the messiah (John 7:1-5), until He was resurrected (then they became radical Christians). Paul used to hunt down Christians and participated in their murder. He too was converted and died for Christ. This evidence of the resurrection tells you that everything Christ said was true. He really is the Messiah, son of The Living God. God is real. God wants you to turn to Him, repent of your sins and inherit eternal glorious life.

I don't think joining Islam is a better solution. Women will not have education, driving license, and they will be obliged to wear a veil etc. Churches with their beautiful images, statues and portraits will be destroyed. "Does Christianity still have a place in Modern Europe?" Words in that question do not fit together. Firstly yes it does still have a place. Since Europe is far from modern. But the word "modern" has to be removed as with or without Christianity Europe is not modern. It thrives on the past and the outdated. Hence why Islam, like christianity and Judaism before, is the successor there now, because its feeding off the low negative energies that plague that continent. The better question would be "does Christianity have a place in the modern world?" The short answer is No! And the damage the abrahamic religions have done to the world, humanity and their cultures is unsalvageable and irreparable.

@@jacofan86 So... how come then that its them countries that are the most controlling over their populations. Nobody is "free", people are all just led to believe they are. Do you not have to follow laws you don't agree with? Are you not threatened on a daily basis from your own government via ads on KZbin for your country or signs when your driving and real criminals go completely ignored. Does Europe and mostly religious nations of the world still hold a monarchy that does absolutely NOTHING other that leech of the people they OWN, and you're unaware of? Do you have a say in anything really? All of the problems in the world to this day lead back one way or another to Christianity. Europe is not modern. There is nothing modern about it. Its always the last to get anything regarding health care, dental research, freedom of movement. The buildings are small and claustrophobic and over priced. They're so restrictive of the movement of people in their own country, and welcome others from other nations with open arms to APPEAR not racist. They pin the blame of everything negative that has happened on to the new generation rather than accept responsibility for their own actions. They are wealthy yes. But the question is, do you see any of that wealth? This is all from Christianity. Because that dark entity, that the ancient hebrews conjured up through some ancient ouja bord in the middle east 1000s of years ago and masqueraded itself a a god, is the cause of all the problems with your society today. That's why the Christian nations are the most greedy and corrupt and heartless. Because they stem from a violent belief system.
