Does God Accept ALL FORMS of Worship?

Does the Bible say that God accepts all forms of worship? Is it acceptable to use instruments? Is it right to use only your voice? How did the Christians in the New Testament worship? What did the Bible authorize when it comes to how we are suppose to worship God?

Psalm 150:3-5 - "Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre, praise him with timbrel and dancing, praise him with the strings and pipe, praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with resounding cymbals." I know it says praise, however praise is an expression of worship. Furthermore, if you look at synonyms of praise worship is included as one of those synonyms.

Worship is sanctification as Romans 12:1-2, to do God's will in Christ, specified in Romans 12-15:19. By promise of faith, as Romans 10:10 and Deuteronomy 30:14-16.

I can praise God using an instrument and God will accept it because he looks at the motive of the heart not the physical thing, instruments are neutral, they neither make us more holy nor less holy, it's mind boggling how Alexander Campbell could be decievesd like this and continue decieving, use your beautiful brain

Does the use of instruments aid or change the worship? It changes the worship. We have no commandments from God to use any physical instruments for worship, only singing (Col. 3:16; Eph.5:19). We are told in Rev 22:18-19 that if we add or take away from the scriptures, we are to be condemned, and we will be removed from the book of life. Pretty simple understanding. Denominationalism wants to add to what the individual wants to do and not what God wants.

My worship involves eating the body of Christ because that’s what the Bible says…. 1 Corinthians 11:27 “Whoever, therefore, eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of profaning the body and blood of the Lord”. 👈😳 Holy Moly! Consider the people of Israel; are not those who eat the sacrifices partners in the altar? What do I imply then? That food offered to idols is anything, or that an idol is anything? No, I imply that what pagans sacrifice they offer to demons and not to God. I do not want you to be partners with demons. You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons. You cannot partake of the table of the Lord and the table of demons.” 1 Corinthians 11:23-26 “For I received from the Lord what I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus on the night when he was betrayed took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, ‘This is my body which is for you. Do this in remembrance of me.’ In the same way also the cup, after supper, saying, ‘This cup is the new covenant of my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.’ For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes”

You are very mistaken, worship ia about rules and procedure which you church of Christ rigidly try to adire to, worship is about the heart, you attitude towards God, you respect for God your adoration of God hence Jesus s words, true worshippers will worship in spirit and truth, your rituals doesn't mean you're right and everyone is wrong, God looks at the heart, if I play that guitar for God out of my heart and genuine love for. God, he accepts it

@rl6985 Explain what a cult is… then explain what about considering all scripture, not just selected scripture, to source our faith and doctrine, defines the church of Christ as a cult? If we do not have a commandment/scriptural authority to use instruments in our worship, then we have no excuse to use them.

@@austinholland8470 if you would just live up to your profession of faith, everything would be fine! For you, the center of the universe are Acts 2:38 and the verses at the end of Mark. In fact , you elevated preeminent over all other scripture. There are many false beliefs that you hold at this moment and I would love to show them in the all scripture that you profess to be loyal to. Tell me when you're ready

Instead of trying to accuse of false doctrine, how bout you provide scripture that contradicts what Christ commanded in Mark 16:16, and what the apostles preached in Acts 2:38,42,47. Explain 1 Peter 3:21, Explain Christ speaking in Matthew 7:21-23. I’ve already said, we dont believe baptism alone saves, it’s fullfilling every step of the gospel to become saved: Hear, Believe, Repent, Confess, Be baptized, Continue to live a faithful Christian life.

do you burn incense, sacrifice animals, burn candles, have a holy of holy place behind a veil, wash before sacrifices, use instruments for music, give 10% of your earnings...this and more all practices of under the old covenant. If you aren't doing these things why not today...God didn't say 'not to' after all...right?
