God allowed Lot and his family to live there but they were never assaulted or hurt in any way. I couldn’t understand that but Lot was sent as a messenger to tell them to turn from their ways. The offense that cause sodom and Gamorah’s ruin was explained here. It was because they were violating the sanctity of the messenger of God. Which is always breaking a covenant.

I watched the film about Prophet Lut (Sodom & Gomorrah)and thought the people were just bring horrible and wanted to be violent towards the Angels and in school they never explained anything about the People , who they were and why they behaved like they did and God's punishment on them, until now 2023 and I left school in 1986. It amazes me how the truth has been hidden from us for so long and This time the darkness will be blinded by the light of our Dear Beloved Father( From him is Peace) who has come to save us from ourselves and the evil doers . Walykum Salam brother Ummah doesn't necessarily mean Muslim's or the whole sahaba or even all Muslim nations. Ummah could mean a small group. Or a few people. Regarding the Ummah mentioned in this hadith. Prophet mohammed would only do shifa for the people who would follow his family after him. And at this time who would support the mahdi aba sadiq (Abdullah Hashem).

You can find out more info on our website, he explains in detail in his book "The Goal of the Wise" in Chapter/Door 3 that the people of Sodom and Gomorrah did many horrific acts and atrocities. Homosexuality was nothing compared to the acts they were committing from rape, murder, bearing false judgment and witnesses, torture, and destroying lives. They were an abomination and a cancer to society. The reason homosexuality was a sin was because it went against the original covenant God made with Man when he said to go forth and multiply... so a homosexual relationship does not allow for procreation to take place. But nonetheless, it was not the main reason why God destroyed them but rather it was also due to the other terrible acts they had committed. Hope this helps

Fatima died when she wasn't speaking to Abu Bakr or Omar. (mother of the believers) After the death of Allah 's Apostle Fatima the daughter of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) asked Abu Bakr As-Siddiq to give her, her share of inheritance from what Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had left of the Fai (i.e. booty gained without fighting) which Allah had given him. Abu Bakr said to her, "Allah's Apostle said, 'Our property will not be inherited, whatever we (i.e. prophets) leave is Sadaqa (to be used for charity)." Fatima, the daughter of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) got angry and stopped speaking to Abu Bakr, and continued assuming that attitude till she died. Fatima remained alive for six months after the death of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ). She used to ask Abu Bakr for her share from the property of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) which he left at Khaibar, and Fadak, and his property at Medina (devoted for charity). Abu Bakr refused to give her that property and said, "I will not leave anything Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) used to do, because I am afraid that if I left something from the Prophet's tradition, then I would go astray." (Later on) `Umar gave the Prophet's property (of Sadaqa) at Medina to `Ali and `Abbas, but he withheld the properties of Khaibar and Fadak in his custody and said, "These two properties are the Sadaqa which Allah's Apostle used to use for his expenditures and urgent needs. Now their management is to be entrusted to the ruler." (Az-Zuhri said, "They have been managed in this way till today.") Sahih al-Bukhari 3092, 3093
