I love therapy so much and want everyone to be able to get the help they need. Excited to talk more about this, let me know all your questions or thoughts!

I love that you're doing these vlogs! It's cool to see how you're taking care of yourself post breakup. I had a big break up at the end of last year and I went through the process of doing things I love and finding myself again. Therapy has helped me so much

Going to therapy really is emotionally exhausting. I felt like I was listening to myself when you spoke about how your therapy sessions go. I thought I was the only one that felt this way.

therapy quite literally saved my life therapy works wonders you don't see it at first but the results over time is amazing

I've done therapy for about a year at a time each, senior year of high school then right after college, and it for sure saved my life and all of the hard work is the reason why I can function through anxiety and depression today. But yes, it's so hard to bare open the deepest parts of your soul, and I used to get straight up dizzy from it, and then have to keep going with your day and talk to people like you haven't just processed tons of trauma. Props to you Willow for doing therapy, I think everyone should at some point, and it's hard but literally life saving

Therapy is emotional and it also depends if you want it to help you cause I’m in AA and it helps. I have to say the scenery where you were running today is amazing, and I think you’re amazing thank you for showing us your run I am so envious. Thank you for sharing this vlog

Ido go to therapy! and it really is emotionally exhausting especially when your therapist tells you the thing you know you need to hear even tho you don't wanna hear them. Since I've been in college, my therapist back home has let me call/text her if I have any immediate issues that need talking through. But otherwise I go home like once a month for an in person sit down. (my therapist has a plexiglass divider @ the table we sit at but i still wear my mask just in case. There are definitely times where I sit back and think "huh, my therapist was right, it is possible to..." after a session and that's when you realize it helps. it may not help in the moment, but it will help down the road! good on you for using that resource for yourself!

Being in nature is the air in my lungs. It got me through some really rough cancertreatment. Keep taking your hour in the woods Willow..

That forest looks incredible. I used to go to group therapy but now i go to one on one once a month but now i have been doing a phone call. I dont like zoom either, i mean its amazing technology and im grateful we have it, especially right now. But like u said its not personable. Hope u have a great week my friend!

Therapy every other week. Feel the same as you emotionally drained after. When asked how it went all I can say is idk how I feel. Keep it up girl!!

Thought I was the only one who felt that push/pull love/hate relationship with therapy. I’ve been doing therapy as well via zoom and it really is so emotionally exhausting. Some sessions feel sort of clarifying but some leave me so exhausted and confused...it really is hard work and a collaborative process.

I guess it would help somehow if you feel like going to therapy, but doing those routines that you used to do is also a big help,and also talking to those people whom you think you could talked about moving on also a big help, always remember that there's so many people who loves you unconditionally, Pray always and God Bless❤️

Ooof I love these nature vlogs! I finally started therapy at the beginning of this year and this week I will have my last session. I am doing significantly better than at the beginning of the year and I'm so proud of myself :) Also, have you watched Schitt's Creek? It's really funny! I love it so much!

I been in therapy . In and outpatient . The best program was three years ago now. I learned skills that I actually remember and use . I been hospitalized a few times too. Tomorrow I’m seeing my doctor because this covid crap and us being in grey lockdown is taking it’s toll on me . Monika is not doing so good . I miss sitting at Starbucks

Before even watching, Yes, therapy does help. It’s a lot of work emotionally but so worth it. No quick fixes, you have to put the work in.

I love therapy. It can be really hard but it's so worth it. I have to take the whole afternoon off on my therapy days cause it just wipes me out.

As someone who doesn’t get along with the wilderness unless it’s rocky climbing... I deadass just said “OMG ITS A REAL LIFE MUSHROOM” I’m disappointed in myself

I have a hard time with therapy. I did a therapy session and the lady was really judge mental and I really hated it and then I did online for better help but it was so expensive so I just haven’t had good experiences with it and it suckssssss

Going to the mall helps me- malls are closed. Browsing at indigo helps - closed. Toys r us- closed. Nightmare . It’s so cold to go on long walks now. 😢

I did group therapy two times and the second time was better . Same I hate zoom. I hate talking to my doctor on the phone. I hate zoom church. I need to be there and I can’t.

The Title. Depends on the person if they're strong to figure out how nature of ourselves works. Did u know 98% therapist got their own therapist to confront their issues, mmm wht a concept tht is hahaha. Like i said, we can't control nature or encourage it, just let nature evolve itself. We're all part of the nature, do wht is best for u....Meow
