You can have more than 180 fps if you have a 180hz monitor.I play on 180hz and I cap my fps at 240 or 360 and it’s perfectly fine😊

to a certain point setups do matter i was on a 30 fps laptop and i couldnt do anything yes i was in champion leauge in arena not from camping went to pc 144hz 144fps and i did earn 300$ but thats still not a good setup u just need a decent setup

No it doesnt, all that matters is being able to run the game at minimum settings and having a decebt internet and most of all, HAVING ATLEAST BELOW A 100 PING, i play from south africa, we dont have servers and this makes buulding and editing fast close to imposible, i play on 180 to 350 ping, and if u dont know, its imposible to do double edits consistently on any ping above 150, if ur 130 to 150 ping it is posible, but difficult for most players, PING matters most above all so if u got low ping be grateful
