Lol! When I listen to other people speak about their experiences with _Shambhavi Mahamudra,_ I wonder if I got the actual practice or not! Well, it does make a difference to the energy levels, then again most other enjoyable physical exercises do that for me. And anyways, most people invariably talk about their mind becoming a bit calmer and some health benefits. It's unfortunate that people are in such a bad lifestyle, that minor changes seem like a transformation. Of course, it means the world to them. Nothing to belittle the changes. But, the practice is supposedly meant for so much more. So, either they are not speaking about their spiritual experiences or they haven't had any. Sadhguru speaks about it being like a _yagna_ through which one can access other beings and so forth. Guess, none have had that momentary glimpse of the mystical shore beyond the wall, while jumping on a trampoline.

Namaskaram. All practices Hatha Yoga,Shati Chalan, Shambhavi once a day(based on time availability). Shoonya happens twice. 🙏😇
