When such problems like snoring, or grinding one's teeth, or when a person is a light sleeper wherein even a small noise can disturb his sleep, its better to sleep in seperate rooms, cause while being in such situations, it's not a one day or a two day problem, it's a person's habit which stays with him. So have good individual sleep and show all our love and support when you are awake. I don't see anything wrong with that. That's actually practical and less troublesome. 👍🏼☺️
My partner of 29 years and I sleep in separate bedrooms because he is a light sleeper and my snoring keeps him awake. We sleep together about once a week. He snores also but I find it cute. Either way we still love each other and will be together until one of us dies.

Please have Are consult with a dentist to get fitted for a night guard. This will ensure his teeth alignment remain in good standing and slows the gum recession process due to teeth grinding. I’ve been wearing one at night for over 20 years and it really helps. Good luck!

My husband also suffers from bruxism and has been gnashing his teeth since we got married. We have been married for a very long time, but we still sleep together, but sometimes I tend to think that it is better to be in different rooms to get enough sleep))) but so far, conditions do not allow and we have to put up with each other's habits.
A very interesting take on this subject. I I husband and I slept together for about 55 years, then his illness caused him to move around in the bed so much he would kick me out. After he died I got a single bed, and often long for the comfort of being together.
From a practical perspective, it's hard for me to fall into deep sleep when someone else is in my bed because I am constantly aware of his/her presence and every move; and also I don't want my moves to disturb him/her. When I had a partner, we could cuddle when we go to bed, but I had to untangle from the cuddle to fully fall asleep. 😀😴

Buy a bigger bed! This allows for cuddling up, until you want to sleep, then there is room to move apart and have space not to disturb each other. And a mouth guard for the bruxism 🤗🤗
You got a point there . Because aged ago married people was sleeping separately. When the man want to be with his wife he will go to her room . So I think its a mental thing some how.In this era we like to cuddle and hug each other thing they din't do in those days .So that is why I think that we love to sleep together now more in this era .To care, to share and to love one another more . Thank you for sharing this video it was so interesting. Keep safe you guys.🤗👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Are should think of getting a custom fitted mouth guard. Besides wearing away his tooth enamel, grinding also can cause, over time, small particles of the tooth enamel near the gum line to pop off!

Ask your dentist for a night guard. My daughter ground her teeth WITHOUT a bed partner so our dentist gave her a guard and it worked wonders. As for sleeping together, after 54+ years of marriage we still sleep in the same bed but solved the movement/snoring problem by getting a kind size bed! It’s the best of both worlds-sleeping together but feels like single beds!! Stay safe and healthy and keep loving!! This old lady from South Carolina ❤️❤️👵❤️❤️🛏🛏

A friend complain about his husband snoring every night for more than ten years until he passed away. He is now insomia taking sleeping pill every night. He missed his own private orchestra and his personal sleeping song. Learn to listen and understand everything about ur husband.
We're a gay couple of 38 years and sleep together always because we want to. Perhaps at some point in life, sleeping apart might be preferable. My grandparents all slept apart. When they decided to do that I don't know. But for us, we're planning on continuing to sleep together because we want to, it gives us a reassurance of each other, and it may lead to very pleasant things either at night or in the morning that may not happen if we slept apart ;-)

Laura

You are a young couple, and it's normal to sleep together, and you are married couple and that's part of your life to be together and love each other.....🌞☺️
My husband and I have been together for 22yrs. We always start together in bed, but often, around 2am, I move to another bedroom, he gets too warm to be next to, plus if I am sleeping restlessly, I do not want to spoil his quality of rest…🤪🇺🇸
