From a mining Contractor QS, disadvantages are the long field hours, variations skyrocket and they need tough management, 95% is mechanical engineering, the mines are remote. It’s a lot😫

One thing I want everyone who wants to be a QS to know is they definitely need to know how to MEASURE. Ko Wits they failed us… I hate measuring grand shup because of that… but Fundamentally it’s the same throughout 😊
