mrekk has one key advantage over ivaxa even assuming if both have endless potential. mrekk just doesn't get tired of osu, my man can always return and kick ass, and this is a very rare trait as pretty much every former #1 quits shortly after getting it. we don't know if ivaxa is like this, it's likely he will get tired at some point and lose motivation

Without watching the video, I'd say it'll require a complete shift in the pp meta for anyone to take number one from mrekk. His 30,000+ pp stat is just insurmountable. Simply put, his pp value would need to get nerfed for anyone to stand a chance at properly overtaking him.

His speed may decrease, but I don't think he needs to stream 350 BPM to get No. 1. At the end of the day, if you can stream 200, you can hit 400 BPM jumps. 2000pp is very possible for him! He'd just have to focus a bit less on speed.

About the total time played of both two + ivaxa's screamed potential since you said he got rank 3 with only 1,099 hours of playing. I think it would be correct to count the total time played for mrekk to get to rank 1 since he started to play the game or grinding when dgaf abt what pp is. Not the total time play RN which is 109d, since he was number 1 for 1200 days. And in addition in April 8, 2021, mrekk became #1 with only 1200 hours of total playtime. So yh, while on the other hand, ivaxa has been playing a total of 1,099 hours as of now (If you were to compare that when mrekk grind for number 1 the opponent is whitecat is easier than ivaxa grind for number 1 and the opponent is mrekk than idk what to say, seriously) . Furthermore, the pp system has alrdy been thru a lot of changes compare to mrekks' time. Besides, ivaxa comeback around the time when rapid trigger was introduced into OSU, which like 2 years ago or so? And those years he only been able to reach rank 3 worldwide (maybe bc he didnt play as much as mrekk? idk) (So he only has like abt 101 hours left to get number one, maybe? Does this sounds forceful? Since if not then maybe mrekk is better than ivaxa in terms of potential wise, idk) (Also, the current equipments are also different compare to when mrekk's time < does the argument count?) =>Conclusion, I think that ivaxa has a very small chance to overtake mrekk unless mrekk has to do military service for abt a year or more meanwhile during that time ivaxa continuously sets 1.5k, 1.6k. And even when ivaxa reach number 1, man idk how long will he able to keep that crown if mrekk tries to get it back. Like fr P/s: sry for bad English if you may find errors and also I'm not an og or play the game while mrekk still on the grind or popped off so idk much abt him before he was number 1 for half a year.
