It does. I played all four as I bought them recently. It has newer characters, a storymode and it seems fun. I like playing as Pain and Delta in my group. I know Pain is simply Natago but there is something about him. I wonder if the season pass has cool characters. Hopefully it's not more Boruto variations. Especially as Naruto has millions of great characters. As much as I find Boruto annoying at times, there are a lot of cool characters from his show and abilities. I like Ada as well plus the animation for her looks smooth in the anime.

"This game is the same." Why dont we just try and understand the core mechanics of this game has to be the same otherwise it wouldnt be storm. However, secondary mechanics will change alot with each Storm and I wish people could grasp the idea that the core mechanics is what makes it a STORM GAME. Shikas is right that the game is different but also still feels like Storm which is the PURPOSE.

that can literally be said for almost every fighting game ever too hell look at the budokai games all of them nearly play the exact same as the last entry with a few tweaks yet those games get praised as the greatest ever of course say storm 3 plays kind of like storm 1 their part of the same series so you'll see similarity's not to mention that another aspect of the storm series is it's story which connect actually has an all new one

@@lightyoshiman I think people are just tired of storm but are confusing it with "nah the games trash". Games alright, it does what it set out to do, but then there asking for a franchise that has already stapled its entire mechanics into the ground for the past decade to rehash its entire system because "its just the same game" like it doesn't make sense, what were people expecting it to be. The only major complaint I can see is that history mode is pretty lackluster and some quality of life features from storm 4 arent in this one but other then that game seems to be alright

Sarada seems to be better than Sasuke a little bit cuz Sasuke has to cancel into normals after whereas I think Sarada can cancel into her Ultimate jutsu or another Chidori right in a row.

The Boruto anime hate is so undeserved. For me personally it got me back into this franchise after being burnt out after the long drawn out war arc of Shippuden. I can’t believe it’s the most popular thing to hate even with the supposed “die hard” Narutards. I didn’t even like the first 13-20 or so episodes but it clicked when we went to other ninja villages we’ve never seen at all in the main series not even in the real filler of Shippuden. I’ve been enjoying a lot of the episodes of the Boruto anime for awhile now (since the Mist Village School Trip Arc) and this new Code arc in the anime is straight FIRE. Yes there are some bad episodes, I'm not saying it's perefect but that's every show. I love One Piece, Berserk, and Naoki Urasawa's Monster, etc. many other anime/manga so I'm not a blind fanboy. I don't think any anime is perfect. Boruto is a fun watch to me. Y'all just want action but slice of life anime can be just as good. Boruto is very rewarding! I have more fun with the anime over the manga currently. I don't know why Narutards think Naruto was perfect especially with the poor direction Shippuden went. Anything Boruto does will EVER be worse than Kaguya. It’s sad most Naruto fans turned there back on it even though people BEGGED for years for a part 3 during the Shippuden years... It’s done more for this franchise than anything in the video game department that’s for sure lol So glad Boruto keeps impressing naysayers!! #RespectBoruto

Storm 4.5 this really should’ve been an add on to storm that fixed its issues and added mechanic changes with the new characters. That’s what they did last time for the boruto stuff. If Xenoverse can do it. So can storm. Then charge 25 to 30$ or more as a DLC package while we wait for storm 5 since it was confirmed in a Bandai conference.

It’s not the same game since you have to change some of the tactics you’re doing via combat. There’s a whole bunch of broken nonsense in the game and but as a long time player you get used to the sweaty players. Would only recommend to people who just have fun with the bs that comes with storm and just have fun with the fact that most characters are viable with everyone having a infinite possible ability to combo extend. Also give me the option to back out of matches against rage quitters and people who abuse certain mechanics.

so from what little I paid attention to boruto Jigen is actually an otostuki called isshiki he was kaguya's "partner" and was set to use her to make a world tree to devour her with but she went rouge and fled to earth where he pursued her while there he possesses a monk and went by Jigen were for decades he lived undictated until boruto he gets into a fight with Naruto and Sasuke and easily overpowers them until Naruto whipped out baryon mode and shorten his life to the point he died shortly afterwards noted I didn't watch all of boruto so maybe I missed some things but that's what I got from watching Baryon mode Naruto vs issiki

I’ve watched all of boruto but majority can be skipped for sure. Just look up the manga Adapted episodes, boruto manga was never my thing but the anime team elevated that material to make it just as good as OG Naruto. I hated kawaki in the manga and the anime made him so sympathetic, plus the animation and fights were fire.
