Kyoto does suck and then twisted Kyoto is good but the thing is normal Kyoto just ngl make u lose because u don’t always land it if the other person is laggy so I don’t recommend using it but you could add 4 extra damage to do a loop dash

The only reason kyoto was so popular is because it used to be inescapable, even with ragdoll cancel. Once they patched it, it was useless. In an actual fight, its better just to use lethal whirlwind then catch someone with flowing water. It does the same damage, and it's easy to land. People that think kyoto is good is either because they're noobs or just want to look cool. This goes for KZbinrs too.

It was never inescapable. The only reason it was "inescapable" was because people always rgc to their dominant hand direction and if you change up your kyoto combo then it will be "inescapable"

I think what hes talking about is the fact that its unescapable sometimes (even with evasive) because it's so fast, and so if the enemy is relatively low then doing just a simple folowing water into lethal whirlwind gets the job done.@@Bighead_Noob584
