Yessss you’re right about the bubble phase & how long it last. It was literally the first month or so(roughly 6 weeks) and then it went downhill from there. The inconsistencies, cold and detached behavior. All I did is obsessively think of him , I was literally driving myself insane. 😩 It’s been 2 years since we originally met on social media. And 10 months since we’ve started talking. Longest 10 months of confusion ever . But, I’m finally allowing myself to release him, focus on more important things and move forward.

I think you explained the stages very well. I say this also that in the beginning. Everything is normal life. We met and two weeks in he told me he was married but separated. I said I don’t date married men and it felt like I was ripped in half when he left. For two days I was catatonic/sobbing. I finally texted and said we need to talk. He convinced me that he was leaving her later in the year (this December ‘23). He had a fear moment months in and left me in July a week before my birthday. I once again felt like I was ripped apart and he came back on my birthday with yellow roses looking quite a mess (internally). We were so happy and then end of October he says I don’t cuddle enough and I’m dramatic and left me. But it was all fear based. I met my DM in December 2016 on social media he kinda a celebrity and well known i went away only for 3 days and 2 nights storm chasing. I recgnised him as my twin when i was 4 i was so young But i knew and i remember the moment i remembered well. Ever since then we have done a dance. Anyone who can offer their opinion: my twin and I were in separation for a little over two years and when we reconnected he admitted he loved me a few times. We were intimate as he said this.. well, he stopped, looked me in my eyes and said "it wasn't just the sex, I love you" he said this twice. I don't think that you're in the point of over him yet " " if that type of answer is still affecting you, again, it means that's a belief "for you" just a humble opinion. Hello Kurt, thank you for posting this! My twin and I met online 2 years ago but finally met face to face last june...it was incredible....until he started running away, avoiding me, etc etc....I had coaching with you only a few months before I met him and I appreciate what I learned very much! Since last June has been a roller coaster I feel I cannot get off of...it's insane...one day he texts saying I'm stuck with him FOR LIFE and next I know he ghosts me again. 10 days ago I got another message from him saying how it totally makes his day when I send him a picture etc and that I'm stuck with him for life. The following day, it's posted on social media that he's now in a relationship with a woman I was friends with....this is the toughest thing I've faced....can you tell me WTH is going on?? I practice the surrendering and going into my core you speak of over and over...any pointers?

Ghost block delete. You communicating with your twin is everything the mind wants. You is not the one triggered by him it’s the mind trying to keep you stuck in that modality. If he’s with someone else he’s with someone else the physical body is seperate but your soul was never separated you are him there is no other to be in union with. Accept that he’s with someone else and that’s okay the things he or you are doing don’t matter, it’s a matter of being.

My twin flame/doctor hasn't reached out, ever since my detachment, but he has always shown his care, through trying to heal me ( going out of his way) and attending to my medical emergency ( free of cost)as a priority. I don't know whether he still loves me or not.
