welcome to the wonderful world of Nanowar of steel, next stop would be , Uranus, , Pasadena 1994, Norwegian reggaeton, And then i noticed she was a gargoyle, and many more ! Just a couple of things about the song, they replaced the hebrew " Shema Israel, Adonai eloheinu Adonai ehad" (more or less listen Israel , the Lord is our God , the Lord is one) to "Shema yggdrasil (the cosmic tree) Odinai eloheinu Odinai Ehad (Odin is our God , Odin is One). and for non italian speaking the FALEGN-AMEN joke , falegname is the italian word for carpenter.

I am gonna cite one of my fellow NanowaR’s fan here: bold move drinking while watching NanowaR of steel. 😂 great reaction! Yes first time I saw this it was impossible not to laugh. They are a comedy band from Italy they have a lot of content to share. My suggestion is to react one video a week from them, they are great. Merry Christmas!

As a few side notes here. Systembolaget is a state-owned store here in Sweden and the only one where you can buy alcoholic drinks at. Both Amon Amarth (melodic death metal with a heavy inspiration of the Viking era) and Hammerfall (heavy/power metal) are Swedish metal bands. The guy in the green armor is Thomas Winkler (called Angus McFife during the time here when he was the lead singer of Gloryhammer) Currently, he has his own band called Angus McSix.

There are so many word and sight gags in this. Just one: the cover of the "Ikea" bible shows the tools necessary to assemble Ikea furniture.

If you like Sabaton and Nanowar of Steel, you might like the cooperation NoS did with Sabaton singer Joakim called "Pasadena 1994" about a totally different kind of battle. Have fun!

Nanowar of Steel are my nerdcore band they have so many nerdy jokes in multiple languages that I enjoy their sense of humour. They have been going for twenty years but they aren't professional musicians The bassist is an Astronomer The guitarist is a computer programmer (and has a folk metal band as a side project too) There are lovely touches that make it so Italian and so Christmassy The film in the background is "Trading Places" which is played every Christmas Eve in Italy so it places the time of year. The final amen in the "gospel church" they sing "falegn - amen" (the Italian for carpenter is "falegname") If you hate bagpipes they did a folk metal song "La polenta taragnarock" which is hilarious, scientifically accurate and has bagpipes It is in Italian and set in the very north of Italy so you need to have subtitles on. kzbin.info/www/bejne/g6KTeqSfe718kLM Enjoy!

Having spent some of my younger years working in retail, i'm not a big fan of holiday music either. But this might change my mind. 😂

You are not the only one that hates Christmas songs. This is my one exception.

This song was essentially the progress of the bible/Christianity. Starting in the old testament, with the chopping of the heads, and then going to the new testament after odin appears and proclaims to now be a Carpenter, the main character brings the "ikea catalogue" to the priest who says we understood your message, and the song changes from worshiping violence to furniture. Like the bible went from eye for an eye to turning the other cheek.

By turning the other cheek , you mean the reference to Sasha Grey ?
