Color of honey depend of source of Flowers, but color of crystalized honey is getting lighter color compere liquid condition

in Canada 90 % honey produce from Canola plant and it is get crystalized very quickly, it is produce up to 300 lb per beecolony, to help bees survive through the winter beekeeper give to bee colony sugar syrup about 15 kg - sugar syrup does not crystalize in cold weather . I am keeping bees since 1991 and its more then 1000 colonies
