Rashford has been in the 1st team for almost 10 years. Rashford is 27. He has already peaked. He won't get better. No player should stay at one of the biggest clubs in the world for 10 years unless that player is world class every year. Rashford is not. It's time to sell.

So tired of this debate. If we want to be the best, we need to remove players like Rashford. He's not got the right mentality and never has. Theres plenty of Utd supporters and fans who support the team and support the players. They WANT all the players to do well and the team to do well. It would be great if Rashford found his form again in a well functioning team especially given that we all know he CAN be a top player (go check his numbers, Rashford has scored and assisted hundreds of goals for Utd). Plus him being from Manchester means he perhaps gets more love from Mancunians. Again it comes down to wether or not you SUPPORT the players and the team. Its understandable that some people dont like him but there are lots who don't care that he's a bit introverted.

I’ve never said I wouldn’t love for him to become good and for the team to do well. Of course I’d like to see that. It doesn’t explain why you like him. He’s Mancunian, but so are nearly 600,000 other people. Would you like for any of those people to get paid £350,000 a week to trot around the pitch at Old Trafford looking like it’s the last place they want to be? EtH's fault for putting him up on the pedestal so quickly, as well as for Antony, Sancho et al for flopping. Garno made 100 apps already. Rash wasn't a guaranteed started under LvG or Jose, rotational at best, whilst surrounded by supposedly better experienced players in Alexis, Ibra, et al. Garno gets criticised because he is a 1st XI player sadly. So he is fair game for criticism as any other 1st XI player at one of the biggest clubs in the world. Garno should be nowhere near a 1st XI place. Best off as a humble impact sub.

I think Garnacho has done excellent. The problem is we dont have any wingers in thier prime at the club. Garnacho in any other team wouldnt have to play so many minutes. Young players have their ups and downs. Thats natural. He has a big future at the club.

1 point made on Rashfords inconsistency that was made that I disagree with is the managerial stability bit. How many of the managers that we have had has Rashford produced in their 2nd season? His 2 best statistical seasons were Oles 1st full season and Ten Hags 1st season and they were quickly followed by 2 of his worst seasons, Oles 2nd season he was okay but the 3rd he was horrendous, likewise Ten Hags 2nd and he was pretty average under Mourinhos entire tenure

I hope Amorim reinvigorates Rashford but history shows that would only be short lived anyway. Rashford looks like he would benefit from moving on. PSG would be a good place for Rashford. He could coast through Ligue 1 and then show up for Champions League games. For all Rashford's fault, he usually plays better in big games. He just can't be bothered for a cold night at Stoke. Amad will be good but every forgets that he had games were he got the start and did nothing. He has shown a good progression and has a lot of talent. I think that both Garnacho and Amad will be good under Amorim.

The case between Garnacho and Amad is they are completely different type of wingers. Amad penetrates through defense in tight spaces better than Garnacho, while Garnacho is That Direct Wingers who just runs towards goal from Direct play. Having that said, I believe both types are needed in a team. With the new Amorim Ball, Garna will have a hard time to Adapt to that num.10 role. From The Ipswich game garna actually made few runs like Sporting does, the under laps through Ipswich defense, but Eriksen didnt make the passes. Hopefully it will work. Only time will tell

No hate for Rashford but we aren't going to win the league with him starting most games. People get frustrated with him because he's living a fan's dream. Dream debut, magical moments, local lad, helping the community but he can't seem arsed on the pitch anymore. Doesn't show up for the pass, never attempts an aerial duel or a tackle, doesn't track back or press with any intensity and now he doesn't seem to be able to take on defenders or use his pace either. There has to be a point where the club is ruthless especially in this period where we haven't been successful and maybe that's not the fan's job - it's probably just to support and back everything and everyone at the club - however in this unusual period for most United fans, their feelings about certain things are bound to get polarised. The negativity will increase until the state of the club changes. If Rashford is a significant contributor to that, many fans won't be negative about him but as it stands, he's been here 9 years and is only looking less like he'll be part of something like that.
