@@uchadi3498 The reason why it doesnt make sense is cus you are heavily influenced by the Khawarij. Ibn Uthaymeen deemed all the Muslim rulers to be Muslim including Algeria. And he warned against the one who did takfir on the rulers using his statements.

Shar' means explanation of a verse hadith or ruling in islam. Mas'alah means an issue that you take to a scholar so he can figure it out for you.

Btw medkhaliyah doesn't exist, the sheikh himself is still alive and has the same creed as the salaf he just has a lot of haters, . They do this all the time like "Wahhabis", "jamia", and maybe also "fawzania", and all of these scholars have one thing in common, which is that they were hard upon the deviated people. May Allah keep you steadfast upon his religion.

And shykh Abul Azees Al Rajhi was asked- Is there an ijma of ahlussunnah that Ruling by Other than what Allah revealed Kufrun Duna Kufr? He answered- It is the ijma’ of the Murjia’, not Ahlussunnah.. and if you are bringing Ibnu Abbas رضي الله عنه here: then he was not talking about تشريع العام or استبدال, And Abdullah Al Ghunayman clearly asking to the students who asked him about the ayah which Allah says “THEY ARE KAAFIROON”: Allah is telling us from the heavens that “THEY ARE KAAFIROON” and are we saying “NO, THEY ARE NOT”? its impossible. And then he explains what is KUFRUN DUNA KUFR.

Whether one makes individual takfeer or not! If a muslim says that the حكم عام of the ayah is KUFRUN DUNA KUFR, then he is wrong, and he must seek the TRUTH. بارك الله فيك
