To be fair, as a popular vtuber, I'm sure A) that he's heard a lot weirder stuff and B) a lot of his fans would be dreaming about him. Also he probably isn't thinking too deeply about it in the moment

that's so impressive! i want to get to a level of fluency where i can do that, but for now i'm still thinking in english and translating into the target language. or in better cases, just instinctually responding in that language.

thank you! the JP/CN subs are translated from my original EN subs, so it might not be super accurate but it should be more understandable than KZbin’s auto translate 👍

For reaaaaaal, i am bilingual(trilingual maybe) but also know survival level of three other languages and sometimes i can't remember a word in any of them but in freaking polish, idk polish but that one time i heard that word stuck on my brain and replaced the equivalent in the other default languages😅

dream huh? for me it depends on what lang i hear the most that particular day. i dont really talk in english but i consume media on english settings. so, if i dream in english that means i was being too weeb that day

It’s a common thing. Once you know a language well, you just start thinking in it, especially if you hear it everywhere. For example, I think in Romanian and English interchangeably.
