I Personally Think That The Sword Could Be Of Michikatsu(Upper 1 Human Form) And Just Before He Became A Demon He Left That Sword And Found A New One And Emerged His Demon Blood With His New Sword And Yorrichi Might Thought To Kept As A Symbol For His Brotherhood For Michikatsu And After Few Years It Was Put In Yorrichi Type Zero As The Doll Makers Thought Its Yorrichi Sword

Another theory states that the sword belonged to Kokushibo when he was in human form. That means the sword Tanjiro got belongs to Michikatsu Tsugikuni. He used to train in that sword before becoming Upper Moon 1 Kokushibo. 😁
