Watching Alvarado is such a rollercoaster. Is he gonna be unhittable or is he gonna throw seven wild pitches in a row? I'd like to see him get better control because he's fun to watch when he's on

I'm not a believer in "change for the sake of change" - if it's not going to improve the team, if they don't have replacements that are as good, don't get rid of them just for the heck of it

I think this is why a trade or multiple this offseason is inevitable. With the control and numbers that Alec Bohm and Ranger Suarez have, this is likely their peak value. I think the franchise is banking on our top 3 prospects producing for us in the next two seasons. If we free up some money to sign somebody like Bregman, and then trade for someone like Kyle Tucker, Luis Robert, Garret Crochet. It will allow us to let go of maybe JT’s contract or especially Castellanos’ contract in 2 years. You resign Schwarber only and hope you can find another catcher. Then have enough money to pay the young talent in the future.

Also those trades can only happen if we trade Bohm and or Suarez and have the prospect capital/players to do it.
