Sorry that you were disappointed. We have been there a few times but it's been awhile. I agree that when you pay the prices that they charge you expect your food and service to be excellent!

We ate there about 2 years ago and wasn't all that impressed. Both my husband and I like our steaks done medium. Both steaks came out medium well. They were a little chewy too. We were very disappointed. I have noticed that most steak places no longer wait to check on is done to liking when it is delivered to your table. I prefer that they do so you can tell them right away. I tend to think that most people like their steaks done well so they have an issue getting steaks done other than well.

We ate there 1 time and I thought I was going to have to take a 2nd mortgage out to pay the bill. It was good but pricey

I’m with Rebecca, I wasn’t too impressed with it either. My steak wasn’t cooked right either and overall not great. It’s been a couple of years, so it looks like it hasn’t changed, lol. If we go back, we might try the Gatlinburg location. Your boys are so cute!

That is a medium cooked steak. You are wanting something more medium rare.

The Alamo is one of our favorite places to eat. We get the filet now. I got a different steak one visit and was not impressed with it but the filet is usually tender and tasty. The last time we were there, (February 2020), the service was slow too. I do agree with Rebecca, if you pay that much for a meal, it better be exactly how you want it. Good job on the vlog.
