I don't think so, it's hull armour isn't the best and it's pretty rare. Compared to tanks like the E3, grille or the wee tods in the shit barn which are in almost every tier 10 game.

Very unlikely, you can fail horribly in the Ho-ri3 and get instantly farmed. The V4 armor keeps a lot more safe than the hori. Also, the Ho-ri3 has a negative effect on the average players WR, unlike the V4 which is barely positive. If anything, the Minotauro needs a nerf, because its still a braindead tank.

@@tm5123 Yeh Mino needs a nef, this tank is fine, horrible hull, turretless, super structure penned by high pen premium rounds and non-broken alpha. Doesn't ahve absurd camo either, seems a fine non toxic tank to me.
