But if we leave the Love of Jesus, Jesus will leave us. We are not holy if we live in the flesh. Because beeing holy means beeing near God. We are only holy if we life in the spirit, in our new identity which is in Jesus. We children of God are from God reborn in Jesus. We have to live in this new spirit to be holy, not in the flesh. And if we decide to live in sin we leave Jesus and Jesus does not stay within us. The Holy Spirit will still near us to show us the way back, but we can't bring good fruits and are no longer able to resist any temptations. This is what I experienced. God once showed me not to play a videogame. But after some time I thought it will not be that bad. I was totally wrong. Because I left Jesus as soon as I started disobeying God by playing the game. And I played it regularly, so I lived sin not just did it once. Because I left the sprit, I was also doing something other sinfull again. Like in the past were I lifed in the flesh, I automatically did it. Only after I decided not to play the game anymore I was free of the sinfull old habbit. By grace. Like Paul said, if we live in the flesh we do what we don't want, but if we live in the spirit, then we are saved from it by grace. We are free of the fight so we don't do what we don't want anymore. All by grace if we stay in Jesus.

According to my understanding from what you said,the Holy Spirit would never abandon us even if we sin.We should feel sad about our sins but what happens is that the Holy Spirit works together with us against sin as a chance to live a holy life and resist against sin so we can get to be with Him one day.And the Lord our God would never abandon us because we are His children. And now that you brought that up it reminds me of people who believe in pre-tribulation... that say, that the Holy Spirit will be "taken away" but that is incorrect because of you look at second Thessalonians chapter 2 it says and I quote: for the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. You see there's a big difference of being taken away and being taken out of the way. in order to know what it means to be taken out of the way you have to know what it means to be in the way of something or someone. firstly when you're in someone's way you are forming a hindrance, an impediments, or an obstruction. An obstruction is preventing the passage or the progress, it's an obstacle or a blockage, it's something that is in the way. Hindrance is providing resistance or to delay or prevent... while the word delay means to make someone or something late or slow and the word late means to detain or to keep someone from proceeding. The word impediment means to block it also means hindrance or restrain a measure or condition that keep someone or something under control or within limits. so you say the holy spirit is not removed he is simply "stepping aside" or "no longer going to hinder the wicked one" also take in account what is the job of the Holy Spirit?? Well this is what the Holy Spirit does for the believer... the Holy Spirit is Gods seal the Holy Spirit is being dweller of believers the Holy Spirit is the witness the holy spirit is a right spirit the Holy Spirit history collector he makes us to remember or to recall for to reminisce the holy spirit is a spirit of Truth the holy spirit is a convictor of sin the holy spirit is our teacher the holy spirit is our counselor the holy spirit is our guide the holy spirit is our comforter so when you hear someone say don't worry because we're not going to be here when the tribulation comes because Christ is going to take us out of here while there are several things that must occur prior to this that on top of that the holy spirit is not going to be taken away he's going to be taken out of the way... Because if he's taken away than all those that I just listed concerning the jobs of the Holy Spirit... Done if the Holy Spirit was taken away then there would be no one to convict sinners to turn to God during the days of tribulation there would be no going to God or being saved or no further chances.... I pray that God would give you the spiritual wisdom and Revelation in the knowledge of him to give you the discernment and be able to see with the specialized in here with a special ears what he is saying in his word. Don't just believe someone is standing behind the pew and think it to be gospel but rather try every Spirit to see if they are of God.
