This gun feels incredible. Having very little recoil makes it seem like a laser. That damage though...I am CONSTANTLY getting outgunned even when my shots are on point with this thing.

I think they rigged the matches to be against you the moment you start doing good in the first couple matches cuz I was using this weapon and I kept getting hit detections like if it's supposed to be a 3-4 hit kill at close to mid ranges why does it take more than 6-10 bullets to take someone down at close to mid ranges it's like they want you to not get any kills and die more and make it harder to level up your guns and let the aggressive players get more kills because they treat matches like 10k is on the line

@@sreach I remember watching a video a few years ago, there was a KZbinr that said he’s pretty sure the game will throw the match in favor of one team. That’s why on one game u can get a great kd and win almost every gunfight and then the next game it’s as if u can’t land any of your shots and you’re losing every gunfight. And you’ll see it in your teams stats at the end of the match. When you win the whole team has a positive kd. When you lose your whole teams kd is negative. I hate that they do that.

The HK rifle family and especially the G3 are some of my favorite ever firearms, so I am really happy to see it getting representation across the entire spectrum this year. They could easily bump the rate of fire just a bit to 750 if it needed a slight buff.

The whole “Lachmann” platform is actually pretty good, imo, with the exception of the LMG, so much recoil for so little damage that to control and use well you have to pretty much camp with it I found, god help you get caught on your way to one the good power positions on the map your on.

Honestly, I have to reverse boost to enjoy ranking up guns (especially this one.) I find lobbies with ~1 k/d works best for me.

You can really feel the slowish ttk, especially when half the player-base is running around with one-shot weapons. It feels decent at hanging back a bit and getting medium range picks, but it's not the best at doing that either.

It's like the grau or kilo in mw '19, medium damage and high accuracy. Both of them were meta in warzone at some point, but never in multiplayer.

@@Originalchili the last two years there were MANY meta AR’s and SMG’s. The dmr meta was brief (at least when you’re talking about a 2 year time-span), before it got nerfed, it lasted only a month out of the two years. The Kar was meta throughout though, and if the SPR or SAB50 have unlimited 1 shot headshot range, they probably Will be to, more likely the SPX will be meta if it’s quick ADS speeds aren’t nerfed, with maybe the signal 50, for super long range sniping like the HDR. If the game is balanced well, in WZ you could see various long range low recoil AR’s, SMG’s/shotguns for close range engagements and building clearing, like we saw in the Cold War and MW19 run.

I like it. The higher ttk isn't a huge problem if you play to it's strengths. Stay out of the max damage range of the 74U and it works fine.

My problem with this gun mainly came down to the mediocre TTK combined with the painfully long reload. Also the recoil does feel more bouncy than other guns, even if its mostly visual. And I consistently found my shots going over the enemies heads after the 3rd round or so

The Lachmann556 is the the new Kilo from MW2019, very accurate but not overpowered. If you go to CDL under private match and look at the unreleased blueprints for the Lachman 556, they're all named Kilo followed by a number.

Just a coincidence, all the Kastov guns say Kilo also. ‘Kilo’ is just the word associated with letter ‘k’. Look up NATO phonetic alphabet. It’s just a placeholder name, that’s why other guns say Mike, Echo, Hotel, etc.

I use this to change the course of games- make it a laser and lane it and I get more headshots than not with it. - I also swear by the muzzle that only focuses on horizontal recoil- letting the thing walk up from upper chest to face- I recommend a sight halfway zoomed in from the dots and the beefier holosights

This was my last AR to level and I can't put my finger on why but it wasn't a pleasant experience at all. Felt like I lost a lot more gunfights compared to pretty much all the other ARs. I guess everyone has different preferences. Thank you for anither great guide!

Very underrated gun. Personally I think it could use the STB-556's damage profile of doing 36 to the upper chest. Echoless Suppressor (velocity, range, recoil), FTAC Ripper Underbarrel (or FSS Sharkfin), FSS OLE-V Laser, Lachmann S9 Factory Stock, and the LMK 64 Grip. Makes the Lachmann 556 feel like an SMG with AR range.

Nothing needs that damage profile, the Aug needs to be nerfed into the ground lol. It has faster sprint to fire than any smg, insanely fast ttk that destroys everything, extremely low recoil and the best hipfire of all assault rifles because why not

This gun perhaps has the most consistant recoil although not one of the fastest ttk or reloads out there, however the 3 shot potential buff it received has made it a much more viable option in its category. Based on its performance at longer ranges, slow reload and larger mag options cater this weapon for anchoring players.

Not really. It infuriates me that when reloading them in this game he ALWAYS locks the bolt to the rear essentially dumping the chambered round. If you aren’t empty he would just swap mags and it would be just as quick as the AK. But they just had to have the cool HK Slap every damn time ruining the reload time.

It's so crazy cause I've just been playing and not looking into what the "meta" guns are, come to find that everyone says this gun is terrible but it was the first gun I got platinum with (in any cod) and it is my favorite AR other than 74u... that's what makes this game the best cod since golden age is everyone seems to have their own thing that works for their play style. Hey Ace, As a colorblind person, I was wondering if you could split up the green and yellow colors when comparing damage ranges. If you could, put the green in between the red and blue, it would help a lot. It is hard to see exactly where the difference is when green and yellow are butting up against each other. for pretty much all my builds I just use a laser, underbarrel and optic.. maybe ammo upgrade but the guns are pretty good as they come, adding attachments seems to make the ads horribly bad and doesn't provide much benefit.

@@LunaPPK I get it to an extent but I like Mw 2019s guns a lot more. They were all much more realistic than Mw2. Well some weren’t. I’m disappointed by it, the gun smith in 2019 is so much better! Someone explain to me why there’s not a .300 blk conversion for the M4. And some of the attachments in Mw2 doesn’t make sense. Why would a 14” carbine barrel with a 7” polymer handguard be slower than a 14.5” barrel and a 13.5” “Geissele MK16”. And it’s lockup doesn’t make any sense either! The geissele rails have bolts and nuts to clamp onto the barrel nut. Since they’re at the bottom, it’s split on the bottom, because it clamps on and held in place using friction. If you have two more bolts going through the top of the handguard, what do they do? Are they for anti rotation? And depending on the barrel nut design, it would be an absolute nightmare timing. If you make a groove for the bolts to go through, you’re losing surface area that your handguard needs in order for it to not shift as easily.

And not to mention the “KAC URX 3” they added to the game that uses Daniel Defense’s mounting mechanism. For an incredibly wealthy company with 3k devs, probably several dozen lawyers, nobody wanted to get licensing for this stuff? They raw dogged the pooch on this one. I paid $70 for a game to be disappointed by the only reason why I played MW 2019 as long as I did.

I used the 556 just to get the MP5 and left it there despite having fun using it - probably because I used it on the back of the 762 which I HATED. I feel like the 556 will fit into the meta so much better when some of the currently disgustingly OP guns get hit with a nerf, it’s a very easy to use gun so as soon as TTK levels out it will be great IMO

I hated leveling up this gun to get to the mp5. I wasn't able to fully kit it out, so I may go back and try more attachment options, but so far it fell short for me in all of the areas that matter. The mp5 is so good though that the torture was at least worth it in the end
