I have about 21 hours on this wing now and I've actually been flying it over the weight range by at least 10kg on the 23m. Prior to this wing I was flying a Chili 4 for about a year with about a hundred hours. Switching to the Tenor blew my mind on the first flight! It climbed easier than the Chili 4, the thermal turn was tighter, launch behavior was nicer and I absolutely love the simplified and minimal riser and line layout. Granted, I am over weight on the wing but I am absolutely smoking the Rush 5, Rook 2, Iota 2 and Chili 3 and 4 on a regular basis. People think I am on bar when I am just boating at trim speed...lol. This wing seems to add some speed for the class and, in turn, relates to more safety and agility. I completely disagree with Carlo on the ground handling. I think this wing comes up and sits right over head and doesn't take much to keep it there and requires less pitch management than a Chili. I can't even imagine what the Maestro is going to be like...I CAN'T WAIT!!!

not sure why you 'completely disagree' with Carlo who says "groundhandling, nice and easy and well placed in its class, and a LITTLE BIT of a tendency to overfly you" ... I'd say that's very accurate - maybe you're launching from a very shallow slope so it's not moving ahead? Chili 3 had faster 'whip up' , so yes our reviews put the Tenor as easier than that. But yes, we're excited to review the Maestro, hopefully Carlo will get one in time for his Colombia trip at the end of January!

@@greghamerton4422 The written review seemed to explain better. Watching the video gave me the the impression that the Tenor took quite a bit to control it on the ground. I've never had any problems with it overshooting me or surging on a launch. I've just found it to be one of the easiest wings to ground handle...granted, I don't have experience with even an 1/8 of the wings you guys test

@@swj2556 Carlo was comparing it to the SYMPHONIA in his conversation in the review. By comparison it is more lively.

Thanks for this testimonial. Gives more color to the flybubble review :) Have you flown the Rush 5? If so how would you compare them?

Greg, looking at getting my first freeflight wing this summer. I currently have about 70 paramotor flights and about 80 hours kiting my Macpara Charger. I feel like I have above average ground handling skills, I'm debating between 777 knight, PHI Tenor or PHI Symphonia. I want to be able to grow into doing long XC flights, but want a wing that I will not outgrow for a few years. Would you say the 777 knight is in between the Tenor and Symphonia?

was flying this impressing Papesh wing 3 times. Size M21 75-95 Kilos with total takeoff weight at 82 kilo. Very nice to start, precise handling and a very good glide , even ahead wind. My mind, you should fly this wing up in the scale inside the last 25.30 % weight range. There the Tenor will Show and present his entire brilliance. So, I am waiting for the S19 :-)

Do you actually know what you’re talking about? Glide has nothing to do with wind direction...

Not at all, just flying 30 vears...you are Right, all times :-)))
