Does the Pixels Taskboard update give more Pixel?

Pixels just updated their new task board to emit more Pixel, but are we seeing more emissions or does it still need to be updated?

sometimes the tasks aren't worth it. average is 5 pixels per day. if it's not practical I don't to it. just do other stuff to earn some coin and stock up on resources.
