Thank you for your effort. We can use IEC, UL certified UPS to avoid this problem. I can say, we should use safety certified UPS only. You can investigate about backfeed voltage, then you comes to know more idea. My opinion is all input conductive terminal need to be isolated whenever grid not present. All poles need to open, relay can be used at the input terminal.

Bro,great info. One small question, can you also talk about solar panels/inverter and reverse current... Since when I installed solar panel, I was informed that the electricity company needs to do some work to put the right set of equipment to cut down power from panels to line when the power is down ( I live in Texas and power cut happen very rarely happened once in 6 years now, due to too much snow in 2011 they did it once).

In our house, we using inverter so many years. Now only problem in two way switchs, bulb is glowing (slightly like 0.5 watts) when switch is 'OFF' at night, but day time work fine. And turn 'OFF' the inverter at night bulb work fine. I checked line wire in our whole house, when two way switchs 'OFF' with tester, it glows (3-4 months back). So removed some bulb in 2way switchs not using that. Totally 5no's two way switchs in our house. Only one is now glows in hall room, then i changed that particular bulb to single way switch. New one is fitted to that 2way switchs, now work fine last week i changed. ❤

Very good explanation bro. However it is important to isolate inverter circuit with separate neutral wire and adding a RCCB from the output of inverter. The reason in RCCB monitors the relay curren and having a common neutral will have higher relay current. by doing this, we are providing a shock prof circuit during power cut. When people touches the line output the RCCB will trip. Don’t ask me how I know 😅. (Not line man shock, just a RCCb protection just like our main supply. Please don’t confuse it).

Battery gives DC output, in between Battery and load, Invertor circuit is placed it converts DC to AC and switch cuts the Battery output to invertor when power is back, DC current give shock when you hold positive and negative, AC current give shock when you hold line and foot earthed or when touching conducting material
