Not sure if anyone’s commented this yet, but the reversed whisper voice around 12:40 is saying “now sleep to go.” At least that’s what I heard when I reversed it. Maybe it’s a jumbled up sentence? Like “now go to sleep” or “go to sleep now.” I haven’t finished the video yet, but if there’s anything else to reverse later, I will.

Well the word order in the video going forwards is correct then, its just that each word is reversed, like you said its "go to sleep now", except each word is said in reverse. But if you reverse the audio you can hear each word correctly, but they're now in reverse order "now sleep to go".

I like to imagine that this is some sort of alien probing us for emotional and psychological responses, like giving us sounds that are recognisable to see what our brains are doing, and the robotic like noises that we don't know are them physically probing us and/or there communication. Nothing spooky. There's no real cut to any reveal at the end. Just straight sounds all the way through. There's unintelligible whispering, and a portion of reversed whispering, which is the only thing you might have an issue with. Other than that, just straight asmr, no talking really.
