Y’all thinking about this too much, the writing is on the wall. Last week they said they were evaluating Monty. Out of that evaluation they hired a shooting coach guru to his coaching staff. It should be simple to understand that he survived the evaluations and the result was they needed to be better at shooting. 🤷🏾‍♂️
