Does Town Hill have the BEST Hot Dogs in Morgantown WV?

My friend Ryan Dunkerley for the last year has been taking me up to Town Hill Hot Dogs with his daughter Nova, and it's a great time and great hot dogs! For years I have passed the Town Hill bar with the sign outside saying the BEST HOT DOGS IN TOWN but never stop and tried them, very glad I did!
