I don't mind the new color, but I saw on another videos comments that you said you wanted to look into the warmer look of the newer videos. I think what happened is that you might have accidentally bumped the white balance to either cloudy or shade. So to correct it, you can change it back to the daylight setting or change the white balance setting manually to 5600k. Hope that helps! Love the videos!

100 percent accidentally bumped it to shade. Good looking out. Got it switched back now. Thanks.

I bag a fission and eclipse reactor both max weight. I love having the same mould but completely different flights. Eclipse is more stable while the fission is point and shoot. They are workhorses in my bag. Thank you for another good review.

Agreed

Were the discs both in similar ware? If so that leans to the idea that type of plastic effects flight.
@marlonspeed248 ай бұрын
@ryansuter4424 they are in similar wear. Out of the box, though, the fission is slightly more stable but not as stable as an eclipse reactor. Some moulds in the MVP line-up do adhere to this trend. But the recent eclipse crave has only a slightly more stable flight compared to other plastics.

Fission and non fission comparisons are great! Rather see comparisons rather than all fission round

Nice! Thanks.

I bag a 178g Fission Reactor! I would like to see a video comparing MVP/Axiom discs of your choice in different plastic..but same weight.

I think that is a great idea!

I wonder how the Elaine King compares to or regular Eclipse?
@PartTimeDiscGolf8 ай бұрын
Not sure. Let me see if I can get one and find out.

I would like to see a comparison with a larger weight difference. I've seen some r-pros as low as 138-139g and same plastic disc as high as 180g. It would be cool to see a fairway or Midrange same plastic and mold but with a 40+ g difference.
@PartTimeDiscGolf8 ай бұрын
That would be a fun one to do.

The Reactor is my favorite straight/stable midrange. Last years OTB Soft Proton Reactor is my absolute favorite. I'm glad I got 2 😅

Heck yeah.

I have two Reactors that I'll swap out depending on wind conditions: a 170gm Fission that flies like a slightly more stable Hex, and a 176gm Neutron disc that's still as stable as the day I picked it up. The Fission one also goes significantly farther than the Neutron. (My Eclipse Reactor is stable enough that I could use it in place of the Matrix.)
@PartTimeDiscGolf8 ай бұрын
Nice! Yeah the fission one I have goes straighter and further for sure. Kinda nice to have that option of 2 different flights from the same mold.

@@PartTimeDiscGolf - My Fission versions had a nice consistent finish out of the box, but never as strong as the Eclipse model. 170gm seems to be the happy spot for Fission, at least for my use. Great disc.

Normal weight fission reactor is my favourite mid. I have four of them. Eclipse is sommuch more stable. I like it so much in forehand. Shaloow and flat with enough stability.
@PartTimeDiscGolf8 ай бұрын
Nice! That eclipse is a nice stable guy. Glad to hear the rest are more straighter.

You need to compare max weight fission versus light weight fission for a more true test and results.

Future video idea. Thanks.

A fission vs neutron/proton would be a better comparison; especially for the Reactor.

Cool! Maybe for a future review. I appreciate it.

I have both but my fission reactor is a 175g and it’s still much straighter than my 175g eclipse reactor. The fission is so money, not big on the eclipse
@PartTimeDiscGolf8 ай бұрын
Yes. The fission is nice and straight and goes far.

Try cosmic Neutron volt VS. Fission volt.
