Hey Mr Dalvin, another awesome video. You should b able 2 petition her 4 a DNA test. Get a lawyer & have it done. Your mind won’t b at ease until you know the truth. 1 thing you don’t want 2 do is get too close 2 the child and then the rug is pulled from under your feet if she’s not yours. Hearing how you & the young lady go back & forth of being on good terms & then again on bad terms, even if the restraining order is lifted you shouldn’t b around her or the child unsupervised. Please do what you can 2 find out if the child is yours. If she is you can get supervised visitation & not even have 2 b bothered with her mom & if she’s not cut all ties & b on you way because nothing good will come out of the situation if don’t get legal help. I understand that you want 2 clear the air about certain situations that you’ve gotten n2 n the past but just remember this, you can talk until your blue n your face & sum people will always pass judgement on you & try 2 dig up all that they can 2 try 2 bring you down. The 1 main thing that you have 2 dwell on & pray on is this “YOUR PAST DOES NOT & NEVER WILL DICTATE YOUR FUTURE IN JESUS NAME I PRAY AMEN🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽. I have nothing but love for the Bloves family. I will say this is a lesson learned that you should always use protection, especially with a chick you have no plans of having a future with. You live and you learn. However, you should should have gotten the DNA test done as soon as the baby was born. While family court laws are different in each state, you need to get a good family law attorney, get that DNA test done through the courts ASAP. I also hope you also did not sign the birth certificate without establishing paternity.

So true. My my husband is going through something similar now. There's a possibility he has a son from before we met each other. I told him he needs to go through the courts asap. He had spent some time with the young man and my husband took him to see my father in law and all of his family members say they don't look alike. My husband wants to get a DNA test done but the mom keeps coming up with excuses. she keeps saying the young man is my husband's son but doesn't seem to want to confirm it with testing. I told him he needs to go through the courts

@@aren8484 make an appt with your local diagnostic DNA facility. He doesn't need her, just get the test between child & father and go from there. They allow you to make payments and it's a swab. The results will come right to his email and also thru the mail. Either way stop prolonging because yout husband needs to know and if he isn't it's very unfair the mom doing this to the child. I have a friend and I seen her in action. I'm telling you the truth they'd twist accusations and slander your name trying to distract that man from wanting a test. Even as far as to making him look like a deadbeat. If money a issue I know it's hard but tell him to put himself on child support (because trust me she is gonna do it eventually when she pissed). Let DHR pay for it.

I'll definitely let him know because I was like I'm pretty sure he can take a test without her, my cousin had one done that way. I don't think the lady is sure that my husband is the father, she wants it to be because he took care of a child that he found out was not his in his previous marraige. At this point I'm starting to think she's a little slow mentally. She was cool with my husband visiting the child until he started pushing for a dna test to be completed. Now the child hasn't called, and she hasn't offered for him to visit the child like she was doing a month ago. I just want the test to be done it's really not fair to the child at all, he will be hurt the most if the test shows hubby isn't the father.
