I think something VERY IMPORTANT missing here (this video didnt cover some stuff) and that is that Doflamingo had the whole world by the balls. Dofflamingo was pulling strings with the Navy, as a Warlord (basically being a meecenary for the Navy on call, like a kind of Suicide Squad, but only if he found it interesting). Doffy also had connections with many pirates and kingdoms through weapon and slave trafficking. Doffy was supplying the strongest pirate in the world with weapons and and devil fruits. And Doffy had connevtions with the world governemtn, providing slavws for th3 Celestial Dragons and also holding some sort of HUGE secret from the Celestial Dragons. With that secret, he has the Celestial Dragons on speed dial for whatever he needed. The secret is apparently so big that, even with Doflamingo locked up, they are still trying to get hitmen into the prison to kill him.
