Sugar can rest anything while being rested, it resting is not a cost.

I think the play was, unrest sugar with counter, wizard possibly doesn’t play anything, and when luffy is 10. Stage and cards gone, sugar still alive to rest

Wouldn’t recommend using new genesis for the first couple of turns. You aren’t able to do anything at 2 Don anyways. Better to use them later in case you draw into the card you’re looking for (eg Luffy Brook Nami 2k counter etc). You also risk bottom decking your non-film cards when you can potentially draw them next turn

Agree overall, but there are cases where I needed to counter and in that cases you don't want it to brick your hand. Especially true against Yamato. The most important reason not to use it in the first two rounds is to not give your opponent the information (which card you have in hand) imo.
