3rd പാർട്ടി അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേറ്റർ ( TPA) വഴി Claim പ്രോസസിംഗ്ഉള്ള ഇൻഷുറൻസ് കമ്പനികളിൽ നിന്ന് ക്ലെയിം കിട്ടാൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടാണ് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞത് ശരിയല്ല. സാധാരണയായി ഹോസ്പിറ്റൽ TPA ക്ക് ബില്ല് അയച്ചു കൊടുത്താൽ 2-3 മണിക്കൂർ കൊണ്ട് സെറ്റിൽ ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട്. സാധാരണ ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ നിന്ന് ബില്ലുകൾ TPA ക്ക് അയക്കാൻ വൈകിക്കുന്നതാണ് താമസം വരാൻ കാരണം.
