Dog Bed with AIR CONDITIONING
We have a Black Lab that gets real hot in the summer time, so I created a dog bed with Air Conditioning to help her stay cool.
This is a great DIY project that can be completed in less than an hour if you have all of the pieces needed.

So I'm a hvac r&d engineer and I'm thinking of designing a system like that but actually ac compressor with all components of a ac system. I'd like to provide several products a hard cold mat, cooled bed, and cooled dog house for thr outdoor pups. Please show interest with engagement such as likes and Comments.

Liked the design and how it works! I would use a fan that plugs into the wall so I don't cause a fire lol, you can get the small Walmart ones and they would work great for 10$!

Very cool idea! I just don’t think the pipes were super necessary, and I think a small wall plug fan from Walmart or something would be safer and cheaper than the pc case fans rigged up.

Now that is a pampered dog. Great job with the video and the build. We have to take care of our pets, after all they are family members as well. I think that I'm going to build a couple of those for my dogs. Great idea. Thanks for sharing

Awww. Lucky pup! I did not have a/c for most of my life and remember that as a kid we used to lay on the hardwood floor in summertime in order to sleep. Yes it was anbyting but cushy but it was cooler on that surface and down where the cooler air sank. . We had even more cooling when my father brought home a furnace blower, set it at the end of the hallway, and let it blow all night. We were livin' large then!!! haha

I guess this has nothing to do with your project but where can I get a chop saw and sander like yours, the chop saws you get now are to big and l've been looking for one that size, do they make them anymore, thanks Larry

+Larry Sowada The saw is an old one I found in my father's barn. I cleaned it up and it worked great. The belt sander is old too, but similar versions can be found at home improvement stores.

Hate to chime in with a negative post but you really need to clip your dog's nails. You are doing him a big disservice by letting them get so long. This can lead to gait and or foot problems. Talk to any vet.
