it amazes me in this day and age, that people will take anything, literally anything, even people spending hours of their time to put together visuals for dogs to watch (which by the way I am for sure the lack of all colors doesn't matter NOR does the frame rate because my dog attempts to interact with the video everytime) will find something to complain about. Mwell, I'm approaching 40, I'm a dog sitter and walker, my own dog is 3, funnily enough he doesn't appreciate fine piano music and soothing visuals, what with him being a DOG and being mainly interested in smells, squeaky things and running about. I think possibly the thing that is "wrong" with people is that they think if something is supposed to work and doesn't they have a basic human right to say that. Given that this video is supposed to be for dogs but is just purple filtered sheep in a field to horrifically twee piano music, I'm fairly sure I'm not the only one whose dog didn't even look once at the screen. This is a video made for middle-class twonks who need de-stressing more than their dogs do. Doggy videos are great, but this kind of bizarre human chillout music video is flavoured water in the place of medicine. It's for overtly stressed people who need the relaxation for themselves. Dogs want squeaking and children and running about with animals making noises. They do NOT want gentle piano music. But then, we *are* both entitled brats... what with our one pair of stinky trainers, our cheap food and our having to only wash once a week because the money doesn't cover as many showers as dog walkers actually need... spoilt as hell, us two. I'd also be interested to know how exactly your 3 month old puppy displayed his LOVE for this particular video. Is it by lying down and being quiet? Like you are when YOU watch it? If so, welcome to point one of dog psychology, love.
