As a big fan of Chicago style hot dogs, a true Chicago dog would have Sport peppers not Jalapeno peppers. This is the rough equivalent of substituting Ketchup for Mustard on a Chicago dog (which is ok, but it's NOT the true Chicago dog experience). Great video, the rest of the food looked amazing!

Drove 45 minutes to try this place on Saturday June 24th and they were closed. Was about 3 PM. Looks like they’re doing construction in the area. Very disappointed.
