I found a puppy at thural( near palampur) during coming back to home from Gym. I brought him with me. There were maggots on his back and on his leg too. I took him to veterinary hospital today. I am applying the medicine on the wounds. The maggots are getting killed. I believe he will be healthy soon.

recently mai mere pass ke road pe khada hoke kisi ka wait kr raha tha or ek bander ko bijli ke taar se jor se jhatka laga kyuki usne khambe pe chalte huye galti se taar pakad li or wo road pe niche gir gya. uski uska hath jal gya body akal gai thi but uski sase chal rahi thi.. tabhi kuchh akalmand aye or uspe pani dalke chale gaye ye bolke ke jhatka laga hai behosh hua hai uth jayega pani dalne se.. Maine kuchh animal help lines pe phone kiya but kuchh ne pick ni kiya kuchh kehte ke ji ham bandar ka rescue ni krte. boht help less feel hua uss din use marta dekh.

Same thing happened in our area a dog was wounded and it got infected but one of the neighbour poured kerosene to kill the germs but it got even worst , we don't have veterinarian near by ..still I applied betadine and detol antiseptic in wound but sadly the dog died ... really felt sad ..

It's insanely inhuman to prescribe euthanizing an otherwise healthy dog like mop for their behavorial issues which probably stemmed from lack of socialisation or rough treatment during formative years ..... Put it up for adoption(specifying it's special need) who knows there is someone willing to adopt it and work on it with a qualified professional to tackle those issues and give it the life it deserves.

@Peepal Farm i found a paralyzed cat and she immediately need a treatment , their is no proper treatment over here in kolkata i showed her to both private and gov hospital but they give different medicines like for iron ,cough , warm etc etc but no one treats her paralysis and she is paralyzed with 2 front legs and 1 back leg from past 3 days kindly help me to heal her and also no ngo is taking calls their websites are active for donations but when it comes to help the numbers provided in the websites is useless sometimes it shows wrong no or sometimes no one picks up the call the condition is same for all ngos here in kolkata kindly help me plzzzz

Euthanising mop is not a good solution. He is a pomerian dog maybe and thats why he is aggressive. We had 2 pomerian dogs and its their nature. They need full time attention. Some people want their dogs to be aggressive so try to get him adopted by specifying his behaviour.

Aside this , dogs are gettin overpopulated in colonies as you have heard , dog attacks hv been increased in South on kids, one even got died, i suggest govt should make an organisation which will take all the dogs from a colony to a safer place or uk shelter
