This dog reacts like most people. He's running away from his owner for making a mistake. Many people are like that; they do not want to come back to their Heavenly Father even though He loves them more than anything. God loves her so much that he doesn't give up either and has even given her the dearest he has for her.

I thought it probably was a typo and they meant 4 years because the dog was 5 years old and lived with the family for 4 years because the 5 year he was running free.

я думаю, что они ударили собаку за укус, что та теперь боится их! У меня кот 4,5 года назад, котёнком обжог лапки об расколёную дверь духовки (хвостиком прыгал за мной следом всюду и не думала, что за ними, как за детьми глаз,да глаз нужен!) лечила волдыри, хромал, кожа облазила (сейчас всё ок, бегает) к чему этот разговор, а то что прошло 4,5 года,НО при открытии духовки он убегает за секунду от меня, когда он со мной на кухни, то духовку я открываю медлеееееееено и постепеннооооо, чтобы его не пугать и это срабатывает он не сильно боится, сильного страха в глазах нет, если быстро открываю, то еда из орта падает на ходу, если кушал, когда туалет ухожу, потом прихожу (может от страха не сходить и терпеть, хотя уже на лотке). Главное присматриваться к его поведению и всё можно понять! Они очень умные

This dog can not be changed. I’ve been rescuing dogs for more than 3 decades and can identify the gait in a dogs stride very easily for the signal it’s sending. This dogs‘ gait is showing a coward/bully aptitude. For being 14 it exerts a much younger dogs’ stamina and gait, but the bounce in its walk tells me it can not be tamed to settle down because it prefers to remain loose on its own. I would not expect miracles from this dog. Some dogs can not be domesticated, even tho the owners intentions are good and solid, there are animals which do not conform easily to set rules and resist them. Even if the dog starves for weeks it will only return for food and leave again.

The dog is 5 years old, they said he? As 5 but lived with the family for 14 years. I believe the 14 was a typo and they meant to say the dog lived with them for 4 years because the dog was running loose for one year. So you are correct the dog does not look like he is 14 years old but he 5 years old.

Меня сто раз кусали нечаянно и ничего,я не обижаюсь,потому что знаю,что мои собаки меня любят по настоящему, и преданны так сильно,что человек не может быть таким преданным.
