Dog Picky Eater

If you have a picky eater dog, here is what I feed her when she won't give a second glance to any commercial dog food, and believe me I have tried them all.

sorry to ask this question, as i am not as great of a chef as you are, but did i hear you say you brown / char the meat prior to then blanching it immediately after the charring / browning? and if i am correct and i did hear that correctly, what is the benefit of this process sir? please forgive my ignorance ... i am truly just curious and would like to know/learn .... tyvm🙃
