OMG YES!!! I hate seeing the dogs strung up like terriers. Shiba's Standard clearly say Lose lead, moderate trot. I judged 3 Shiba Nationals, they hate it when I made them use loose Lead, the usual response was, I can't control them. I said try it. and with out fail each and every dog moved so much better. Thank you for saying this , I wish All the judges realized how much cleaner a dog can move on a loose lead. Sadly it is just the lack of training them.
