Vivek is brilliant. He is unlike many we've seen in the past or in the present. He's the gift of the gab but is ever convinced, mercurial and thoughtful at the same time when offering a suggestion or making a point. Maybe because he's so well informed. He's not vindictive I think when he says the bureaucracy is a problem and need to be cut to size.
