Rap is recent auction price. Which depends on the server. It means that someone auctioned that pet in that server at some specific time. Suppose The Huge Dominus Lucki was auctioned in that server for 165b gems ( 2 or 5 days ago depending on server age) then the rap of that pet is 165b gems according to that server. It remains the same until someone auctions that same pet again for a higher or lower price

Just to let you know. Rap values are different on a lot of servers that start at different times. So you can buy a pet on a server where there rap value is low on that server and sell it on another server where the rap value for that pet is higher
